Job Summary

The Senior HR Consultant will lead and deliver high-level HR advisory services to client organizations. This role involves developing strategic HR frameworks, overseeing complex HR projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting senior management in building high-performing and sustainable workforces.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic HR advisory services to clients across various industries

Lead HR transformation and organizational development projects

Design and review HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks

Oversee recruitment strategies and executive search assignments

Advise clients on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning

Conduct HR audits and risk assessments

Support leadership teams with strategic HR planning

Mentor junior HR consultants and ensure service excellence

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in consultancy

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices

Proven leadership and project management experience

Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent preferred)
