Job Summary
The Managing Partner – HR Consultancy is responsible for leading the firm’s strategic direction, business development, and service delivery excellence. This role oversees client relationships, ensures high-quality HR consultancy solutions, and drives sustainable growth while maintaining compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth plans
- Lead business development and client acquisition initiatives
- Oversee all HR consultancy services and ensure service excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and professional standards
- Manage financial performance, operations, and team leadership
- Represent the consultancy in high-level meetings and partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience
- Strong business development and strategic management background
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
