Job Summary

The Managing Partner – HR Consultancy is responsible for leading the firm’s strategic direction, business development, and service delivery excellence. This role oversees client relationships, ensures high-quality HR consultancy solutions, and drives sustainable growth while maintaining compliance with regulatory and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth plans
  • Lead business development and client acquisition initiatives
  • Oversee all HR consultancy services and ensure service excellence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and professional standards
  • Manage financial performance, operations, and team leadership
  • Represent the consultancy in high-level meetings and partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience
  • Strong business development and strategic management background
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
