Job Summary
The HR Advisory Manager is responsible for managing client relationships and delivering strategic HR consultancy solutions. This role focuses on policy development, workforce planning, compliance advisory, and supporting leadership teams in building efficient and people-centric HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage HR advisory projects for client organizations
Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
Provide expert guidance on employee relations and performance management
Oversee workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and industry regulations
Build and maintain strong client partnerships
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in consultancy or advisory roles
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Professional HR certification (preferred)
