Job Summary
The HR Consultant will provide strategic and operational HR support to client organizations. The role involves advising on HR policies, recruitment strategies, compliance matters, and workforce management solutions to help businesses build efficient and high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with client goals
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Assist in workforce planning and organizational development
- Handle employee relations matters and performance management systems
- Conduct HR audits and recommend improvement plans

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR consultancy or HR management
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Professional HR certification (preferred)
